Policy - At My First book or Estyn ITES we believe quality and commitment must be rewarded over other parameters. So we will be designing all our programs, projects considering easy and a free walk-in for all people in to our initiatives and any of their initial costs/expenses will be considered for a total or maximum refund when they exhibit and express their eligibility and deservingness in the activities they are involved in. We will assign tasks or criteria to understand their potential and capacity and at most care and attempts will be carried to make all their involvements match their affordability.
