Refund Policy

MY FIRST BOOK BELIEVES IN SUPPORTING ITS USERS AS FAR AS POSSIBLE, AND THEREFORE HAS A LIBERAL CANCELLATION POLICY.

UNDER THIS POLICY:

A Cancellation request will usually be considered only if the request is made within two days from the date of placing the order. And the cancellation request may not be entertained if any arrangements are initiated to conduct the contest in case of SPONSORING/HOSTING.

In case of PAID INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPATION, the applicant can request for a refund, if the request is made within two days from the date of placing the order.

In case if any Refunds are approved by us, it’ll take 1-2 days to process the refund and the eligible amount will be credited back to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
