Refund & Cancellation Policy

MY FIRST BOOK BELIEVES IN FAIR AND TRANSPARENT BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THUS HAS A TRANSPARENT REFUND &CANCELLATION POLICY.

Under this policy :

A Cancellation request will usually be considered only if the request is made within 7 days from the date of placing the order. And the cancellation request may not be entertained if any arrangements are initiated to provide the product, services or benefits requested.

In case of the participation in the events, the applicant can request for a refund within 7 days from the day of transaction.

In case if any Refund is approved by us, it’ll take 2 - 7 business days to process the refund and the eligible amount will be credited back to the same bank account from which the payment was received.
